介绍了精益生产理论和混流生产的研究现状,对其涉及的几类典型问题进行了阐述,提出了当前鞋企混流生产线优化的研究方向,为具体的优化方案提供思路。
It introduces the research status of lean production theory and Mixed flow production, and states some typical problems referred. At the same time, the research direction about Mixed flow production optimization of shoe manufacturing enterprise has been put forward, afford some optimal methods has been supplied for those people who wants to study specific prioritization scheme.
