摘要
当前,深圳传统能源发展面临瓶颈,新能源产业发展也存在结构短板与制度滞后等因素,本文在大量调研深圳现有能源产业与能源应用的基础上,提出深圳市应做好新能源规划,发展光伏与核电,搞好生物质发电,促进新能源汽车应用与抓好低碳新城试点,并应在财税政策、管理制度和人力资源队伍上大力支持与建设。
currently, Traditional energy industry faced a bottle neck time in Shenzhen, and new energy industry still have some difficulties such as structural issues and regulation lagging, after lots of investigation on current Shenzhen energy industry, this article put forwards some suggestions, Shenzhen government would plan new energy industry well, develop photovoltaic and nuclear power, biomass power, push ahead new power cars application, promote tentative low carbon town building, construct regarding tax preferential policies and relative regulations, as well as talent policies.
