摘要
本文构建了影响大学生求职信息获取途径的因素关系模型,对5所高校的大学生进行问卷调查,通过调查数据做实证分析,发现了大学生在求职时除了社会网络、人力资本等因素外,求职意愿因素对求职信息获取途径的选择也起到了显著的影响作用。同时人力资本、社会网络等因素对求职途径的选择也起到了部分显著性影响。其次,社会网络因素在知识技能因素与求职态度之间起到了显著的部分中介效应。最后,来自城市的大学生会拥有相对较高的社会资本和人力资本,从而具备了较高的求职积极性,农村的大学毕业生拥有的社会资本和人力资本则相对较低。
In this paper, we establish several models to explore the relationships between the factors influencing the means of acquiring job information by undergraduates. We analyze the data based on the questionnaires to undergraduates in 5 universities, and find that, besides social networks and human capital, the job will of an undergraduate exerts a significant impact on the means of acquiring job information. Moreover, the means of job seeking iS significantly affected by human capital and social networks, and the intermediary role of social networks to the undergraduates' attitude of job seeking and level of knowledge and skill is also remarkable. At last, the graduates come from urban will have a higher level of social and human capital which due to a more positive job search attitude than that from un-urban ones.
