FXR mRNA表达量与肝恶性肿瘤复发转移关系探讨 被引量:1

Relationship between the expression of FXR mRNA expression and the recurrence and metastasis of hepatic malignant tumors

摘要 目的探讨核受体法尼醇(FXR)m RNA表达量与肝恶性肿瘤复发转移的关系。方法选取2013年3月~2016年3月于我院接受手术切除肝癌组织、癌周组织和正常肝组织的46例患者进行研究,依据病理学标准分为高侵袭组(n=21)和低侵袭组(n=25),分析FXR表达与肝恶性肿瘤复发转移的关系。结果 FXR m RNA在高侵袭组中表达量显著高于低侵袭组,在肿瘤组织中表达量显著低于癌周组织和正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后TB、CB和总胆汁酸含量较术前显著下降,且高侵袭组手术前后TB、CB和总胆汁酸含量均显著高于低侵袭组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FXR m RNA表达量与术前TB、CB和总胆汁酸呈显著正相关(r_s=0.455,P=0.038;r_s=0.357,P=0.041;r_s=0.348,P=0.042)。结论肝恶性肿瘤复发转移侵袭性高时,会促进胆汁酸分泌,加剧肝内胆汁淤滞,从而上调FXR m RNA表达量,FXR可能参与抗肝恶性肿瘤复发转移过程,具体还有待进一步研究证实。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of farnesol X receptor (FXR) mRNA expression and the recurrence and metastasis of hepatic malignant tumors. Methods From March 2013 to March 2016, 46 patients who received surgical resection of liver cancer tissues, peritumoral tissues and normal liver tissues were studied. Ac- cording to the pathological criteria, they were divided into high invasive group(n=21) and low invasive group(n=25), and the relationship between expression of FXR and recurrence and metastasis of malignant tumors was analyzed. Results The expression level of FXR mRNA in high invasive group was significantly higher than that in low invasive group, and the expression level in tumor tissues was significantly lower than that in peritumoral tissues and normal tissues (P〈O.05); after surgery, the levels of TB, CB and total bile acid were significantly lower than those before surgery, and the levels in high invasive group before and after surgery were significantly higher than those in low invasive group (P〈0.05); the expression level of FXR mRNA was significantly positively correlated with TB, CB and total bile acid before surgery (rs=0.455, P=0.038; rs=0.357, P=0.041; rs=0.348, P=0.042). Conclusion Recurrence and metastasis of high invasive hepatic malignant tumors can promote the secretion of bile acid, increase intrahepatic cholestasis, and up regulate ex- pression level of FXR mRNA. FXR may participate in the recurrence and metastasis of hepatic malignant tumors, which remains to be further studied.
