中西医结合治疗糖尿病性周围神经痛的临床效果

Clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on diabetic peripheral neuralgia

目的探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病性周围神经痛的临床疗效。方法将2015年4月~2016年9月间我院治疗的84例糖尿病性周围神经痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组42例,应用中西医结合治疗;对照组42例,应用西医治疗。治疗后,比较两组的疗效、疼痛情况及腓总神经和正中神经的神经传导速度。结果治疗组的总有效率为81.10%,显著高于对照组的69.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗1个月的VAS评分为(3.75±1.03)分,治疗2个月的VAS评分为(2.59±0.77)分,治疗后的TCSS评分为(6.27±1.82)分,腓总神经的感觉神经传导速度、运动神经传导速度分别为(42.28±2.41)m/s、(43.38±2.72)m/s,正中神经的感觉神经传导速度、运动神经传导速度分别为(47.19±2.53)m/s、(47.49±3.25)m/s,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病性周围神经痛的临床疗效显著,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuralgia. Methods 84 patients with diabetic peripheral neuralgia in our hospital from April 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into two groups including the treatment group （n=42） treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the control group （n=42） given Western medicine treatment. The efficacy, pain and nerve conduction of the peroneal nerve and the median nerve between the two groups were com- pared after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 81.10%, which was higher than that of the control group （69.05%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The VAS scores of treatment for 1 month and treatment for 2 months were （3.75±1.03） and （2.59±0.77） respectively, and the TCSS score was （6.27±1.82） after treatment in the treatment group.The sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity of the peroneal nerve were （42.28±2.41） m/s, （43.38±2.72） m/s, respectively,and the sensory nerve conduction velocity and the motor nerve conduction velocity of the median nerve were （47.19±2.53）nds,（47.49±3.25）m/s,which were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The integrated tradi- tional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuralgia has a significant clinical effect and clinical promotion value.
