程序化口腔护理干预在经口气管插管艾滋病患者中的应用

Application of Programmed Oral Nursing Intervention in AIDS Patients with Oral Endotracheal Intubation

目的:探讨程序化口腔护理干预在经口气管插管艾滋病患者中的应用效果。方法:将收治的100例经口气管插管艾滋病患者按随机法分为对照组和研究组各50例,对照组采用常规口腔护理,研究组采用程序化口腔护理干预,比较两组口腔异味、口腔护理疗效、口腔舒适度及口咽部菌落数等指标。结果:研究组口腔异味、口腔护理疗效、口腔舒适度、口咽部菌落数均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:将程序化口腔护理干预应用于经口气管插管艾滋病患者中,能改善患者口腔异味情况、减少口腔菌落数,提高口腔护理疗效及口腔舒适度。

Objective ：To explore the application effect of programmed oral nursing intervention in AIDS patients with oral endotracheal intubation. Methods ：A total of 100 patients with AiDS were randomly divided into the control group and the study group ,each with 50 patients. The control group was treated with the routine oral nursing care, while the study group was treated with the programmed oral nursing intervention. Two groups＇ oral odor, oral care, oral comfort and the number of oropharyngeal colony were compared. Results：The study group＇s oral odor, oral care, oral comfort, and oropharyngeal colony number were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：The application of programmed oral nursing intervention in patients with oral endotracheal intubation in AIDS patients, can improve the oral odor, reduce the number of oral colonies, improve oral care and oral comfort.
