牛磺酸对乳腺癌大鼠肠道菌群的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察牛磺酸对乳腺癌大鼠肠道菌群的影响及其机制。方法:将30只雌性SD大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、7,12-二甲基苯蒽(DMBA)致癌组和牛磺酸干预组,每组10只。对照组一次性灌胃花生油0.1 mL/kg;DMBA致癌组、牛磺酸干预组按0.1mL/kg的剂量一次性灌胃浓度为1.5mg/mL的DMBA溶液;牛磺酸干预组于日常饮水中加入6%的牛磺酸。观察3组大鼠乳腺肿瘤的发生情况;干预16周后处死大鼠,采集大鼠肠道内容物进行菌群分析。结果:牛磺酸干预组的肿瘤发生率较DMBA致癌组明显降低(P<0.05),肿瘤发生潜伏期延长(P<0.05)。3组大鼠的肠道菌群的物种多样性无明显差异(P>0.05)。牛磺酸干预组肠道菌群组成与对照组及DMBA致癌组比较存在明显差异(P<0.05)。相对于DMBA致癌组,牛磺酸干预组的消化链球菌、Blautia producta、无乳链球菌、粪肠球菌、Allobaculum、脱硫弧菌、Adlercreutzia增加,芽殖菌、Rosebura faecis、柔膜菌、颤螺菌减少。结论:牛磺酸对乳腺癌大鼠的肠道菌群结构有调节作用,这可能与其抗肿瘤作用存在关联。 Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of taurine on gut microbes in breast cancer model rats. Methods: 30 female SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: a control group, a 7, 12- dimethylbenzanthracen (DMBA) model group and a taurine intervention group, with 10 rats in each group. The rats in the DMBA model group and the taurine intervention group were administered 1.5 g/L DMBA solution, while those in the control group were administered equal volume of peanut oil via introgastric gavage. After 16 weeks administration, the intestinal contents of rats were collected for bacterial analysis. Results:The turnout formation rate in the taurine intervention group was significantly lower than that in the DMBA model group ( P 〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the species diversity of gut microbes among the three groups( P 〉0.05). Peptostreptococcus, Blautiaproducta, Streptococcus agalactiae, Enterococcus faecalis, Allobaculum, Desulfovibrionaceae, Adlercreutzia, Budding bacteria, Roseburafaecis, Mollicutes, Oscillospira were decreased in taurine intervention group compared with the DMBA model group. Conclusion: Taurine could regulate the gut microbes of breast cancer rats. This function might be related to its anti-tumor effect.
