微量元素、氧化应激/抗氧化状态与早期吸烟相关喉鳞状细胞癌的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨微量元素、氧化应激/抗氧化状态与早期吸烟相关喉鳞状细胞癌的关系。方法选择2015年1月~2016年6月在我院治疗的吸烟相关喉鳞状细胞癌患者71例的临床资料进行分析。另选择健康体检者60例为对照组,其中30例吸烟为对照1组,30例不吸烟为对照2组。检测CAT、SOD以及GSH-Px活性,全血用于微量元素分析。结果喉癌组及对照1组SOD水平显著高于对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);喉癌组及对照1组GSH-Px水平显著低于对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组CAT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。喉癌组镉水平显著高于对照1组与对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);喉癌组与对照1组铜水平显著低于对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);喉癌组与对照1组镁水平显著高于对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);喉癌组与对照1组铁水平显著高于对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期吸烟相关喉鳞状细胞癌患者SOD水平升高,抗氧化活性下降,微量元素中镉、镁、铁水平升高,铜水平下降。 Objective To investigate the relationship between trace elements, oxidative stress/antioxidant status and early smoking-related laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 71 patients with smoking-re- lated laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were select- ed and analyzed. Another 60 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. 30 subjects who were smoking in the control group were selected as the control group 1, and 30 subjects who were not smoking were selected as control group 2. Activities of CAT, SOD and GSH-Px were detected, and whole blood test was used for the analysis of trace elements. Results The level of SOD in the laryngeal cancer group and the control group 1 was significantly higher than that in the control group 2, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); the level of GSH-Px in the laryn- geal cancer group and the control group 1 was significantly lower than that in the control group 2, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); there was no statistically significant difference of CAT among the three groups(P〉 0.05). The level of cadmium in the laryngeal cancer group was significantly higher than that in the control group 1 and the control group 2, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); the level of copper in the laryngeal cancer group and the control group 1 was significantly lower than that in the control group 2, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈O.05); the level of magnesium in the laryngeal cancer group and the control group 1 was sig- nificantly higher than that in the control group 2, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈O.05); the level of iron in the laryngeal cancer group and the control group 1 was significantly higher than that in the control group 2, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion In the patients with early smoking-related laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, the level of SOD is increased, the antioxidant activity is decreased, the levels of cadmium, magnesium and iron among the trace elements are increased and the level of copper is decreased.
