小针刀松解术与颈椎持续牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病126例临床观察

Clinical observation on 126 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated by needle knife release combined with cervical continuous traction

目的探讨对神经根型颈椎病患者行小针刀松解术+颈椎持续牵引联合治疗的临床效果。方法将2014年10月~2016年10月我院收治的252例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,根据抛硬币法进行分组,正面为药物组,背面为手术组,各126例。药物组采取口服颈复康颗粒治疗,手术组行小针刀松解术+颈椎持续牵引联合治疗,观察并比较两组的治疗效果、术后并发症的发生率及各项临床症状的变化情况。结果手术组的术后并发症率3.17%,显著低于药物组(13.49%),手术组治疗效果的总有效率99.21%,显著高于药物组(92.06%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后手术组的颈椎病各项临床症状评分的改善情况显著优于药物组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过行小针刀松解术+颈椎持续牵引联合治疗,能够降低神经根型颈椎病患者术后并发症的发生率,同时,还能有效缓解患者的颈椎病症状,提高治疗有效率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of small needle knife release combined with cervical continuous traction in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 252 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the coin toss method, the patients were divided into the drug group（the front ） and the surgery group（the back）, with 126 cases in each group. The patients in the drug group were treated with oral Jingfukang particles, and the patients in the surgery group were treated with small needle knife release combined with cervical continuous traction. The curative effect, the occur- fence of postoperative complications and the changes of symptoms between the two groups were observed and com- pared. Results The postoperative complications in the surgery group was 3.17%, significantly lower than the drug group（13.49%）. The treatment effect in the surgery group was 99.21%, significantly higher than the drug group（92.06%）, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the improvement of cervical spondylosis was significantly better than that of the drug group,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.
