左卡尼汀联合促红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血的疗效

Effect of L-carnitine combined with erythropoietin on the treatment of renal anemia

目的探讨对肾性贫血患者行左卡尼汀+促红细胞生成素联合治疗的临床效果。方法将2015年6月~2016年6月我院收治的84例肾性贫血患者作为研究对象,根据数字随机表法分为联合组和单一组,各42例。单一组行促红细胞生成素治疗,联合组则行促红细胞生成素+左卡尼汀联合治疗,观察并比较两组治疗效果、血液相关指标以及不良反应发生率。结果联合组治疗有效率(92.86%)显著高于单一组(73.81%),联合组不良反应发生几率(11.90%)显著低于单一组(33.33%),联合组血红蛋白(Hb)以及血细胞比容(Hct)均高于单一组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肾性贫血患者行促红细胞生成素+左卡尼汀联合治疗,能够在一定程度上降低不良反应的发生率,且能够有效改善患者的贫血症状,获取较为理想的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of L-carnitine combined with erythropoietin in patients with re- nal anemia. Methods A total of 84 patients with renal anemia treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled and divided into combination group and single group according to the random number table method,with 42 eases in each group. The single group was given erythropoietin treatment,and the combination group was treated with erythropoietin and L-earnitine. The treatment effect, blood related indices and the rate of adverse reactions be- tween the two groups were observed and compared. Results The effective rate was 92.86% in the combination group, significantly higher than that in the single group （73.81%）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 11.90% in the com- bination group, significantly lower than that in the single group （33.33%）. The hemoglobin （Hb） and hematocrit （Het） in the combination group were higher than those of the single group, the differences were statistically significant for all（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination treatment of erythropoietin and levocarnitine in patients with renal anemia can re- duce the risk of adverse reactions to a certain extent. At the same time. the combination treatment can effectively im- prove the anemia Of patients and obtain the ideal therapeutic effect.
