复方红藤汤辅助治疗阑尾脓肿的应用效果及对预后的影响

Application effect of compound Hongteng decoction in the adjuvant treatment of appendiceal abscess and its effect on prognosis

目的分析复方红藤汤辅助治疗阑尾脓肿的应用效果及对预后的影响。方法选取2016年5~10月我院收治的70例阑尾脓肿患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规西医治疗方法,观察组在其基础上予复方红藤汤辅助治疗,比较两组患者的WBC、CRP水平及其治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗第1、2个疗程后的WBC和CRP水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床总有效率(100.00%)明显高于对照组的临床总有效率(82.85%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院时间、住院费用、体征消失时间及并发症例数均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用复方红藤汤辅助治疗阑尾脓肿能有效减低患者的WBC、CRP水平,提高其治疗有效率,具有临床意义,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of compound Hongteng decoction in the adjuvant treatment of appendiceal abscess and its effect on prognosis. Methods 70 patients with appendiceal abscess who were treated in our hospital from May to October 2016 were selected as the experimental subjects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given con- ventional western medicine for treatment, and the observation group was given adjuvant therapy of compound Hongteng decoction on the basis of the control group. The WBC and CRP levels in the two groups were compared and the thera- peutic effect was compared. Results The WBC and CRP levels in the observation group were compared with those in the control group after treatment 1 course, 2 courses, and tile differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the total effective rate （100.00%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（82.85%）, and the difference of curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the length of stay, hospitaL- ization cost, disappearance time of physical signs and the number of complications in the observation group were signif- icantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The adjuvant therapy of compound Hongteng decoction can effectively reduce the WBC and CRP levels and improve the efficiency of the treatment. It is of clinical significance and worthy of promotion.
