穴位埋线配合中药热奄包治疗脾肾阳虚型单纯性肥胖的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine heat package in the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type simple obesity

目的观察埋线配合中药热奄包治疗脾肾阳虚型单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用穴位埋线配合中药热奄包敷脐治疗,穴位埋线取穴中脘、气海、关元等穴。对照组采用针刺治疗。记录两组患者治疗前后体重、体重指数(BMI)、体脂百分率(FAT%)、腰围、臀围及腰臀比(WHR)的变化情况,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 3个疗程后,两组治疗后体重、BMI、FAT%、腰围、臀围及WHR均下降,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后BMI和腰围较对照组疗效明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线配合中药热奄包治疗脾肾阳虚型单纯性肥胖症疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine heat package in the treatment of simple obesity with spleen and kidney yang deficiency type. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was given acupoint catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine heat package umbilical treatment, and the acupuncture points including Zhongwan, qihai, guanyuan were taken. And the control group was treated with acupunc- ture. The changes of body weight, body mass index（BMI）, body fat percentage（FAT%）, waist circumference, hip circum- ference and waist-to-hip ratio （WHR） in the two groups before and after treatment were recorded. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After three courses of treatment, the body weight, BMI, FAT%, waist circum- ference, hip circumference and WHR of the two groups after treatment decreased. And the difference between before and after treatment in the same group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The efficacy of BMI and waist circumference in the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was sta- tistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group,higher than that in the control group（77.5%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine heat package is effective in the treatment of simple obesity with spleen and kidney yang deficiency type, and is worthy of promotion.
