摘要
目的掌握菏泽市牡丹区手足口病病原学流行特征,为疫情研判和防控提供科学依据。方法应用实时荧光定量PCR对2013年1月~2016年12月采集的238例手足口病标本进行检测,并对结果进行分析。结果 238例手足口病病例标本中,肠道病毒核酸阳性184例(77.31%)。其中EV71阳性95例,占阳性标本总数的51.63%(95/184);CoxA16阳性32例,占17.39%(32/184);其他肠道病毒57例,占30.98%(57/184)。EV71型病毒在2013年和2015年呈高发流行,2014年和2016年呈低发流行。CoxA16型病毒在2013年和2015年未检测到,2014年和2016年均有一定程度的流行。184例实验室确诊病例中1~3岁年龄散居儿童占67.39%。男女性别的比例为2.02。结论 EV71型病毒是牡丹区HFMD的主要病原体。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease in Mudan district of Heze city, and provide scientific evidence for evaluation and prevention of epidemic situation. Methods The samples of 238 hand-foot-mouth disease cases collected from January 2013 to December 2016 were analyzed by real-time flu- orescence quantitative PCR, and the results were analyzed. Results Of the 238 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease, 184 cases (77.31%) were positive for nucleic acid of enteroviruses. Among them, EV71 was positive in 95 cases, accounting for 51.63%(95/184) of the total number of positive cases; CoxA16 was positive in 32 cases, accounting for 17.39%(32/184); other enteroviruses were in 57 cases, accounting for 30.98%(57/184). EV71 virus was highly prevalent in 2013 and 2015, and was lowly prevalent in 2014 and 2016. CoxA16 virus was not detected in 2013 and 2015, and was prevalent in 2014 and 2016 to a certain degree. Among 184 laboratory confirmed cases, scattered children with 1-3 years of age accounted for 67.39%. The sex ratio of male to female was 2.02. Conclusion EV71 virus is the main pathogen of HFMD in Mudan District.
