护理人员骨质疏松性骨折知识掌握现状及相关影响因素分析

Analysis of the current status of mastering the knowledge of osteoporotic fractures in nursing staff and related influencing factors

目的了解我院护理人员对骨质疏松性骨折知识的掌握情况,分析其影响因素,为我院培训及管理工作提供指导。方法对护理人员进行骨质疏松性骨折知识方面考核。结果护理人员平均得分为(39.50±2.53)分,得分率为66.83%,达及格水平但未达到优秀标准。经分析影响其知识得分因素主要是文化水平和职称。结论我院相关部门在对文化水平不高、职称较低的医护人员加强管理的同时,应当多组织一些文化活动,增加获取知识的途径,多请一些专家教授进行专业知识培训工作,将护士掌握了解的骨质疏松性骨折知识应用于临床护理。

Objective To understand the mastering situation of the knowledge of osteoporotic fractures in the nurses in our hospital, and analyze the influencing factgrs, so as to provide guidance for the training and management in our hospital. Methods The knowledge of osteoporotic fractures in the nurses was assessed. Results The average score was （39.50±2.53）, and the score rate was 66.83%. The level of passing was met while the excellent standard was not achieved. According to the analysis, the influencing factors for the score were mainly educational level and the profes- sional title. Conclusion The management on the nursing staff with relatively low educational level and low professional title in relevant departments of our hospital should be enhanced. At the same time, we should organize some cultural activities, increase the way to obtain knowledge, and invite some experts and professors to carry out the training of pro- fessional knowledge, so as to apply the knowledge of osteoporotic fractures mastered by the nurses into clinical care.
