基于专利信息分析的智能车牌识别技术研究

Study of Intelligent License Plate Recognition Technology based on Patent Analysis

经济发展呈现良好形势,国民生活水平和质量显著提升,极具代表性的改变既是私家车保有量的迅速增长,随之而来的是对车辆管理部门系统完善性的挑战。在大数据和互联网+的背景下,车牌识别技术日渐显示其理论意义和现实意义。文章欲通过专利分析技术对现有智能车辆识别技术从时空分异、技术发展态势等方面进行分析,并提出企业发展的四个建议。

Economic development presents a good situation, living quality of national standard was improved significantly, the representative change is the rapid growth of private car ownership,what follows is a challenge to the integrity of the vehicle management system.In the big data and Intemet plus background,the license plate recognition technology shows its theoretical and practical significance.This article tries study the existing technology of intelligent vehicle recognition from spatial-temporal heterogeneity and other aspects by patent analysis.And than ,four suggestions are put forward for the development of enterprises.
