浅谈汽车开发过程中的道路可靠性试验

汽车道路试验是指在汽车开发过程中,试验人员作为汽车的第一用户,通过对汽车进行相应的道路可靠性试验,对车辆实际驾驶和模拟使用,暴露产品在设计、制造、维修、使用等方面存在的问题、故障及薄弱环节,找出零件失效原因并提出改进方案及建议,然后由设计工程师针对问题进行改进或更改以达到车辆的设计要求。

Road reliability test refers to the process of car development, test personnel as the first users of the car, the road reliability test corresponding to the automobile,the vehicle driving simulation and actual use,exposure to products in the design and manufacture, maintenance,use and other aspects of the problem,find out the fault and weak links.Components failure reasons and put forward the improvement schemes and suggestions,and then by the design engineer to solve the problem of improvement or change in order to achieve the design requirements of the vehicle.
