优质护理在口腔拔牙术患者中的应用

Application of high quality nursing in patients with exodontia

目的:分析评价优质护理应用于口腔门诊拔牙术患者的效果。方法:选择广西中医药大学第一附属医院2016年1月~2016年12月在口腔门诊行拔牙术的患者120例,将其随机分成观察组和对照组各60例。对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上给予优质护理,对两组患者的护理满意度和焦虑评分进行比较分析。结果:患者的护理满意度和焦虑评分显著优于对照组患者,两者比较差异有统计学意义。结论:在口腔门诊行拔牙术患者的护理工作中应用优质护理,可提高患者的满意度,缓解患者的焦虑情绪,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective：To analyze and evaluate the effect of high quality nursing care in patients undergoing oral surgery.Methods： From January 2016 to December 2016,120 patients with exodontia were randomly divided into observation group and control group （n = 60）.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing.The patients in the experimental group were given high quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction and anxiety scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Conclusion：The application of high quality nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing exodontia can improve the satisfaction of patients and relieve the anxiety of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
