高校大学生创新人才培养激励机制研究

Research on Innovative Talents Training Incentive Mechanism of College Students

文章针对目前高等院校大学生创新人才培养机制中存在的问题,通过对不同层次高校创新人才培养模式的对比与研究分析,提出了适应当前教育形势和创新人才培养的激励机制。通过政府政策激励、学校政策激励、教师正确引导与激励、学生自我激励、企业扶持与激励、家庭和社会激励等方式,构建合理的培养模式,培养出适应社会发展的高、精、尖创新型人才。

Aiming at the problems existed in the mechanism of college students＇ innovative talents cultivation,through comparison and analysis of the mode of training for different levels of innovative-talents in colleges and universities,the paper puts forward the incentive mechanism to adapt to the current situation of education and cultivation of innovative talents.Through government policy incentives,school policy incentives,teacher correct guidance and encouragement,students＇ self motivation,enterprise support and incentive,family and social incentive,build reasonable training mode,training to adapt to the social development of high, fine,sharp innovation talent.
