高职院校大学生就业困难及帮扶措施

Aiding strategies of higher vocational college graduates with employment difficulty

随着我国职业教育的蓬勃发展、毕业生人数的增加,面对严峻的就业形势,高职生的就业压力和竞争也在不断增大,就业困难已成为亟待解决的问题。文章对高职生就业困难的原因进行分析,既有社会大环境的就业结构性矛盾、高职院校未能与时俱进引导学生就业,也有学生自身局限和家庭观念的问题。针对存在的问题,提出了一系列帮扶措施,在全社会的重视下,应当出台并完善相关政策、法律等,高校要更全面地做好学生就业服务,学生也应树立正确的就业观,做好职业规划,家长也应培养孩子独立意识,注意沟通交流,以期能够解决就业困难问题。

With the rapid development of vocational education in China,the number of graduates increases year by year.In face of the serious employment situation,both the stress and the competition of higher vocational college graduates continue to grow.Therefore, employment difficulty is the problem that needed to be solved urgently.By analyzing, there are several reasons for employment difficulty：employment structural contradictions in social environment, higher vocational colleges do not help graduates obtain employment in time, their own imitations of graduates themselves and opinions of their families.For these existed reasons,the paper tries to find a series of aiding strategies to solve the difficulty.With the concern of the whole society, the relevant policies and laws ought to be published and improved.Higher vocational colleges need to increase efforts in employment service for graduates.Students should set up the right employment concept,and make the career planning.Moreover, parents need to cultivate children＇s independent spirit,pay attention to communication between children and themselves.
