当前普通高校研究生面临严峻的就业形势,研究生学历的含金量与就业率逐年降低,研究生就业区域偏聚,行业发展不均衡。新形势下加强普通高校研究生就业要坚持以人为本、贴近实际、合理引导、就业与创业相结合的原则;进一步健全研究生就业服务机构,不断完善研究生就业指导服务机制;高度重视和充分利用新媒体平台加强就业观念教育和就业信息服务;调动导师、研究生辅导员、培养学院的积极性,合理分工、全员联动;研究生要正确认识自己,充分做好就业准备和职业发展规划。

At present common college students face severe employment situation, in which the real value and employment rate of post- graduate degree gradually drop and postgraduates＂ employment is concentrated in some areas and the industrial development id not bal- anced. The factors for postgraduate employment pressure are various. We should strengthen common college postgraduate employment in the ne situation and stick to the principles of being people - first, closing to reality, reasonably guiding and combining employment with enterprising. We should perfect postgraduate employment service mechanism and attach great importance to and make full use of the new medium platform to strengthen employment concept education and employment information service. We should mobilize the initiatives of tutors, postgraduate councilors and training colleges to serve postgraduates in employment seeking. Postgraduates should have a correct understanding of themselves and make good preparation for employment and career development.
