直螺纹灌浆套筒连接预制剪力墙抗震性能试验 被引量:14

摘要 针对直螺纹灌浆套筒连接的预制剪力墙抗震性能问题,进行了两个预制足尺试件与一个现浇试件的拟静力试验,预制试件的竖向钢筋用直螺纹灌浆套筒连接.结果表明:直螺纹灌浆套筒能传递钢筋应力,使其连接的钢筋协调工作;三个试件都属于压弯破坏,但破坏形态不同,预制构件在后浇拼缝处形成水平通缝;预制试件变形能力、刚度、耗能能力均与现浇试件相似,水平拼缝上移后,试件的变形能力有所上升;可用现行规范计算预制剪力墙的压弯承载力.在低周往复荷载下,直螺纹灌浆套筒连接的预制剪力墙试件与现浇墙试件力学性能相似. Aiming at the seismic behavior of precast shear wall connected with straight thread grouting sleeves,the quasi-static tests for two full scaled precast specimens and a cast-in-place specimen were carried out,and the vertical reinforcements of precast specimens were connected with straight thread grouting sleeves. The results indicate that the straight thread grouting sleeves can transfer the reinforcement stress and make the reinforcements connected with the sleeves work coordinately. All three specimens belong to bending failure,but the failure forms are different. The horizontal cracks form in the post-poured connection of precast specimens. In addition,the deformability,stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of precast specimens are similar to those of cast-in-place specimen. When the position of horizontal connection moves up,the deformability of specimens gets improved to some extent. With the current specifications,the bending bearing capacity of precast shear wall can be calculated. Under the lowcycle loading, the mechanical properties of precast specimens connected with straight thread grouting sleeves are similar to those of cast-in-place specimen.
