衡水市农村老年人卫生服务利用现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on status and influencing factors of health service utilization in rural elderly in Hengshui city

[目的]了解衡水市农村老年人卫生服务需要和利用现状及主要影响因素,发现卫生资源配置和利用中存在的问题,为当地政府职能部门制定相关的卫生政策提供参考依据。[方法]采取多阶段分层随机抽样方法进行样本选择。运用入户访问的方式收集资料,并应用单因素、多因素方法进行统计分析。[结果]衡水市农村老年人两周患病率、就诊率、未就诊率、年住院率、应住院而未住院率分别是为43.2%,15.4%,64.2%,9.75%和8.5%。两周就诊率主要影响因素为:居住地经济状况、日常生活能力、是否关注自身健康。影响未就诊率和住院率的因素主要为日常生活能力;未住院率的主要影响因素是认为住院没有必要。[结论]衡水市农村老年人卫生服务利用状况较全国水平较差。

Objective Understand the present situations of rural elderly needs and utilization of health services and main influencing factors, find the problems of health resources allocation and utilization so as to provide reference basis for local government functional departments to formulate related health policy. Methods Selected sampling was by multistage stratified random sampling method. Selected data was by housholds interview style, and selected single factor, multi - factors statistical analysis. Results Rural elderly＇s two - week prevalence rate, outpatient rate, not outpatient rate, annual hospitalization rate, should be hospitalized without hospitalization rates was 43. 2%, 15. 4%, 64. 2% , 9. 75% and 8. 5% respectively. Main influence factors of two weeks outpatient rate were that economic situation of residence place, activity of daily living, whether pay close attention to self - healthy. Main influence factor of not outpatient rate and hospitalization rate was activity of daily living. In- fluence factor of not hospitalization rate was that patient thought that it was no need for hospitalization. Conclusions Health service utilization in rural elderly in Hengshui city was poor compare with national level.
