承续型食品添加剂产业园开发研究——以连云港市为例

Study on the Development of Continued Food Additives Industry Park:A Case Study of Lianyungang City

连云港市是全国重要的食品添加剂出口加工基地,但目前食品添加剂生产企业呈点状分布、制约因素多、存在食品安全等问题。为此提出构建生态型食品添加剂产业集聚园的设想,分析了建园的优势和必要性,并对产业集聚园的定位、产业选择、空间组织、保障措施等进行了初步规划与研究。

Lianyungang City is an important export base for food additives, but the current food additive production enterprises have carious problems, such as dotted distribution, a lot of restrictive factors, food safety, etc. This paper puts forward the idea of constructing ecological food additive industry agglomera- tion park, analyzes its advantages and necessity, and makes preliminary planning and research on the posi- tioning, industrial selection, spatial organization and safeguard measures.
