姜夏脐疗加口含姜片减轻乳腺癌化疗后副反应的研究

A Study on Reducing the Side Effects of Chemotherapy in Breast Cancer with Jiang Xia Umbilicus and Oral Ginger

目的:观察姜夏脐疗加口含姜片减轻乳腺癌化疗后副反应的效果。方法:将乳腺癌术后TAC方案化疗患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组除常规用恩丹西酮静脉注射外,取法半夏粉10 g以生姜汁5 m L拌成泥状,贴敷于患者神阙穴,用输液贴外敷固定贴敷6 h,每日更换1次,至化疗结束;对照组采用恩丹西酮静脉注射,化疗开始前0.5 h静脉推注,1次/d,持续至化疗结束。结果:对照组化疗后恶心0度4例,Ⅳ度8例;治疗组0度14例,Ⅳ度5例。呕吐对照组0度3例,Ⅳ度9例;治疗组0度12例,Ⅳ度5例。两组化疗后恶心、呕吐程度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后症状检测量表评分和焦虑评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:姜夏脐疗加口含姜片两种中医外治法预防或减轻乳腺癌患者化疗后恶心呕吐反应的效果良好,可提高乳腺癌患者化疗期间生活质量。

Control group vomit 0 degrees 3 cases, Ⅳ degree 9 cases; The treatment group 0 degrees 12 cases, Ⅳ degree 5 cases. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The scores of symptom measurement scale and anxiety scores of treatment group were better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Jiang Xia umbilical therapy and oral with ginger has good effect on preventing or alleviating the nausea and vomiting, and can improve the chemotherapy of breast cancer patient＇s quality of life during.
