探究涉外护理人才培养的PBL模式

Study on PBL Model for International-oriented Nursing Personnel Cultivation

阐述了涉外护理人才培养的要求,认为当前的涉外护理人才培养模式存在一定问题,而缓和矛盾的关键在于涉外护理人才培养模式的转变,探索"以学生为中心"的人才培养模式。PBL涉外护理人才培养应打造全新基于问题的学习模式。

Currently certain problems existed in international-oriented nursing personnel cultivation system; the key to problem solution is to turn the personnel cultivation into the type of ＂student-centered＂ orientation. PBL has been considered as a teaching method for quite a long time, but the author prefers to believe that PBL could be an idea for teaching. On basis of the current problems, international-oriented nursing personnel cultivation should create a new Problem Base Learning （PBL）.
