急危重症一氧化碳中毒患者早期呼吸机替代高压氧治疗的分析

Analysis of early respirator instead of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning

目的探讨急危重症一氧化碳中毒患者早期呼吸机替代高压氧治疗的临床应用效果。方法选取2014年9月~2016年12月在我院接受治疗的50例急危重症一氧化碳中毒患者为研究对象,根据单双号随机分组的方式将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各25例。对照组患者接受常规疗法,观察组患者给予早期呼吸机替代高压氧治疗,比较两组患者的病死神志率、意识恢复时间、住院时间、迟发性脑病发生情况及后遗症发生情况。结果两组患者的病死率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的意识恢复时间、住院时间均较对照组短,其迟发性脑病发生率及后遗症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急危重症一氧化碳中毒患者采用早期呼吸机替代高压氧治疗的效果显著,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early respirator instead of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods 50 patients with acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning who were treated in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2016 were selected as study object and divided into control group and observation group according to the method of odd and even random grouping,25 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,patients in the observation group were given the replacement therapy of hyperbaric oxygen by early ventilator.The death probability,consciousness recovery time,hospital stay,the incidence of delayed encephalopathy and sequelae between two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in death probability between two groups （P〉0.05）.The consciousnes recovery time and hospitaliza- tion time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of delayed encephalopathy and the incidence of sequelae was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion On patients with acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning,the effect of early respirator instead of hyperbaric oxygen therapy is significant,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
