身痛逐瘀汤加减配合中医定向透药疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical observation on Modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with Traditional Chinese medicine oriented medication for treating lumbar disc herniation

目的分析身痛逐瘀汤加减配合中医定向透药疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月~2017年1月江门市五邑中医院恩平分院收治的98例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,将所有患者根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组(58例)和对照组(40例)。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组采用身痛逐瘀汤加减配合中医定向透药疗法治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后的临床症状,包括腰痛缓解情况及腰椎活动度。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为94.83%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的JOA评分为(23.98±2.14)分,腰椎屈曲度值为(17.03±1.86)mm,均高于对照组治疗后的(20.41±2.33)分、(11.26±2.01)mm;治疗组治疗后的VAS评分为(2.43±0.87)分,低于对照组治疗后的(3.68±1.06)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论身痛逐瘀汤加减配合中医定向透药疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果显著,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,改善预后状况,在临床应用中值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of Modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with Traditional Chinese medicine oriented medication for treating lumbar disc herniation （LDH）.Methods 98 LDH patients admitted into Enping branch of Jiangmen Wuyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the treatment group （n=58） and the control group （n=40） according to the different treatment methods.The control group was giyen conventional treatment,the treatment group was given Modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with Traditional Chinese medicine oriented medication.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms before and after treatment, （backache relief situation and lumbar mobility） of the two groups were compared.Results The curative total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than 75.00% of the con- trol group,with significant difference （P〈0.0532）.The JOA score after treatment was （23.98±2.14） points and lumbar flexion degree was （17.03±1.86） mm in the treatment group,which were higher than （20.41±2.33） points,（11.26±2.01）mm in the control group,and the VAS score of the treatment group was （2.43±0.87） points,which was lower than （3.68±1.06） points of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with Traditional Chinese medicine oriented medication for treating LDH has significant clinical effects,it can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve prognostic status,which is worthy of promotion in Clinical application.
