摘要
为优化人力资源,提高职工队伍素质,北京市大兴区人民医院运用"5S"管理方法对医院的人力资源管理状况进行分析,制订优化措施,实现各类人员按岗聘用和考核。通过应用"5S"管理方法对医院人力资源进行梳理,做到了事得其人,人尽其才,才尽其用,实现了人与工作的最佳匹配。
In order to optimize the human resource,improve the quality of the workforce,"5S" management method is used to People's Hospital of Daxing District to analyze of present situation of human resource of hospital,and make out corresponding optimal measures,and realize that various personal work by post and examining.Through using the "5S" management method to hackle human resources in our hospital,then the work can be accomplished successful and the talent of everyone can be developed fully,so that we find the best match between people and work.
