手术室护工细节管理是优质护理服务中的重要环节

Details management for nursing workers in operating room is an important link of high quality nursing service

目的探讨手术室护工细节管理对提高医院核心竞争力的价值。方法 2015年3~10月,对南华大学附属第二医院手术室的11名手术室护工实施细节管理,观察细节管理实施前后护工专业知识与技能、工作质量、满意度考核结果。结果实施细节管理后,手术室护工的理论考核成绩、实践操作考核成绩、总评成绩较实施前均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室对护工实施细节管理有利于手术室护理质量的提高,对手术室优质护理服务起积极作用。

Objective To explore the value of details management for nursing workers in operating room for improving the core competitiveness of hospitals.Methods March to October 2015,details management was conducted for 11 nurs- ing workers in operating room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University.Before and after details management,checking results of professional knowledge and skills,work quality,satisfaction degree for nursing workers were observed.Results After details management conducted,theory examination score,practice operation assessment result,the overall result were obviously improved compared with before details management conducted,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of details management in the operation room for nursing workers is conducive to improve the nursing quality and it plays an active role for high quality nursing service in the operation room.
