摘要 深静脉置管临床应用广泛,但是其严重并发症屡见不鲜。本文介绍了包括实时超声引导等在内的一系列降低深静脉置管并发症的措施。 Central lines have been utilized widely in clinical practices, however, complications from placement or maintenance occur frequently. Real time ultrasound guidance during placement has been shown to reduce complications and improve success rate. The oblique method has the advantages of simultaneous display of both artery and vein, and the ability to follow the full length of needle. Cen- tral line related infections could cause sepsis, osteomyelitis, endocarditis and death. Strict adherence of Center for Disease Control and Prevention' s central line bundle management could significantly reduce central line related infections. It is recommended to count instru- ments after placement to include at least the needle, dilator and guidewire, to reduce the likelihood of retained wires. In summary, we should use real time ultrasound guidance, bundle management and instrument counting to systemically reduce central line related compli- cations.
