Enhancing occupational well-being of anesthesiologists should be of great urgency

职业幸福感是员工在其职业生涯中产生的一种持续快乐的心理感受和精神状态。麻醉医生面临着巨大的职业压力和极度疲劳,职业幸福感常低于一般人群。本文通过回顾国内外关于麻醉医生执业现状调查,对影响其职业幸福感相关因素进行分析,并浅谈处理策略。

Occupational well-being refers to the consistent psychological feelings and mental state of happiness produced in the medical suffer from big stress and extreme fatigue in their work, their occupational happiness is much lower than the general population. In this pa- per, we analyzed the factors related to anesthesiologist＇s occupational well-being by reviewing the investigations on anesthesiologists at home and abroad, and proposed the countermeasures.
