摘要
针对需求侧响应模式下,新能源具有电源和负荷的"双重角色",导致高昂力率(即功率因数)电费成本问题。首先分析了问题产生的原因;接着提出对更加公平合理的力率计算方法,并以甘肃某光伏电站为例,验证了有效性;最后通过分析甘肃现行的相关规定,提出合理的改进措施和建议。
In the mode of demand-side response, new energy sources play the "due role" of power source and load, resulting in high factor adjusted power price. First, this paper analyses the cause of the problem, and then puts forward a more fair and reasonable power factor calculation method. Its effectiveness is verified by taking a photovoltaic power station in Gansu as an example. Finally, based on an analysis of relevant prevailing regulations in Gansu, it puts forward reasonable improvement measures and suggestions.
