摘要 低压配电网三相负荷不平衡会导致变压器出力降低、线路网损增加,中性点电位偏移、功率因数降低等问题。为降低供电成本,减少线损以及提高电能质量,以新一代研制出的额定电压0.4 kV的混合补偿调节器(SPC50)为应用背景,选择典型试点台区,现场安装试运行。运行结果及计算分析表明混合补偿装置不仅可以平衡三相负荷,而且可将功率因数提高到0.98以上,从而验证了装置在解决低压配电网三相不平衡负载的有效性。 Unbalance of three-phase load in the low-voltage distribution network will lead to such problems as decrease of transformer output power, increase of line power loss, potential shift of the neutral point and decrease of power factor. In order to lower power supply cost, reduce line loss and improve power quality - in the application background of the new generation hybrid compensation regulator ( SPC50) of rated voltage 0.4kV, we select a typical pilot area and complete on-site installation and test run. Operational results and calculation analysis show that the hybrid compensation device can not only balance the three-phase load, but also increase the power factor to more than 0.98, thus verifying the effectiveness of the device in solving the problem of three-phase unbalanced load in the low-voltage distribution network.
