摘要
通过采用"絮凝+MBR+活性炭"的方法综合处理丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)生产废水,首次采用了聚砜-纳米TiO_2中空纤维超滤膜组件。实验结果表明,3种方法的复合使用可以更高效的处理ABS生产废水,对COD和SS的平均去除率分别为99%和98.6%,从而使ABS树脂废水达到GB 18918-2002一级A排放标准,实现中水回用的目标,高效环保地解决了ABS废水处理中遇到的问题。
The ABS (acrylonitfile-butadiene-styrene) production wastewater was treated by the method of flocculation + MBR + activated carbon', and firstly using the polysulfone-nanometer TiO2 hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane module. The results'showed that, composite of three methods could treat ABS production wastewater more efficient, and the average removal rate of COD and SS were 99% and 98.6% respectively. So that ABS resin wastewater reached the GB 18918--2002 1A emission standards, and the aim of reuse of recycled water was achieved and the problems of the treatment of ABS wastewater was solved efficient and environmental friendly.
