摘要
以某MBR城市污水处理厂为研究对象,在现状运行的基础上,改变其好氧池的停留时间和膜池混合液回流量,并同步监测各方案的污染物沿程变化,对各方案的运行效果和能耗进行对比分析。结果表明,提高膜池混合液回流量,可将其强曝气产生的DO回收用于好氧池生化需求,并能达到与鼓风曝气相同的供氧功效。在相同的COD和NH_3-N去除效率下,利用膜池混合液中的DO可降低37.2%的电耗。
Based on the existing process of a MBR urban sewage treatment plant and current operation situation, the trend of pollutants in each processing unit was monitored and the run effect and energy consumption was comparative analyzed under different aerobic tank hydraulic residence time and recirculation flow rate from membrane tank. The results showed that, improving the recirculation flow rate from membrane tank, the DO which produced by aerating could reuse in the demand of biochemistry process in aerobic tank, it could achieve the same oxygen effect by blast aeration. And the energy consumption decreased by 37.2% under the similar removal efficiency of COD and ammonia nitrogen conditions.
