摘要 探讨用于常温上浆的马来酸酐变性淀粉性能。通过改变马来酸酐的比例制备了不同取代度的变性淀粉,研究了取代度对马来酸酐变性淀粉在常温水中的可溶性、浆膜均匀性、浆液均匀性及其稳定性的影响,并测试其常温上浆性能。结果表明:随着马来酸酐用量的增加,变性淀粉的取代度逐渐增大;当取代度为0.373时,马来酸酐变性淀粉浆料溶于常温水后所形成的浆膜均匀性、浆液均匀性及其稳定性最好,浆纱性能也有一定程度的改善。认为:马来酸酐变性淀粉可用于苎麻纱常温上浆,应通过与其他浆料混配提升浆纱性能。 Properties of maleic anhydride modified starch for sizing at normal temperature were discussed. Modified starch with different substitution degrees were prepared by changing the percentage of maleic anhydride. The influence of substitution degree on the properties of maleic anhydride modified starch in normal temperature water like solubility, size film uniformity, size uniformity and its stability were studied. The performance of sizing at normal temperature was tested. The test result shows the substitution degree of modified starch is increased as the increase of maleic anhydride dosage. When the substitution degree is 0. 373,the size film uniformity,size uni- formity and its stability of maleic anhydride modified starch size dissolving into normal temperature water are best. The sizing properties are improved at a certain extent. It is considered maleic anhydride modified starch can be used for the sizing of ramie yarn. It should be mixed with other size to improve the sizing properties.
