摘要
探讨低温浆纱技术浆纱效果。将支链变性淀粉SPR-SC用于纯棉品种浆纱中,采用62℃~65℃的调浆温度和60℃左右的上浆温度浆纱。实践表明:低温浆纱技术浆纱环境有明显改善,安全性提高,浆出纱线可以满足织造需要;与传统浆纱相比,低温浆纱成本有显著降低。认为:低温浆纱技术具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The sizing effect for sizing at lower temperature was discussed. Amylopectin modified starch SPRC was used in the sizing of pure cotton variety. The size mixing temperature of 62℃ -65 ℃ and 60℃ sizing temperature were adopted. The practice shows that the sizing environment for sizing at lower temperature is obviously improved and the safety is boosted. The sized yarn can meet the requirement of weaving. Compared with traditional sizing ,sizing at lower temperature can dramatically reduce the cost. It is considered that sizing technol ogy at lower temperature has better economic benefit and social benefit.
