Research on the relation between extrusive property and thermo-deformation graph for stocks

通过对几种用于轮胎、管材的混炼胶进行的温度 -形变实验 ,得到了热机械曲线 ,确定了混炼胶合适的挤压温度范围 ,找出了混炼胶热机械曲线与可挤压性的关系 。

Thermo-deformation graph of a few stocks used for tire and hose was gained by temperature- deformation test,the suitable temperature range for extrusion was determined. The relation between extrusive property and thermo-deformation graph for stocks was found. The theory how to determine extrusive molding temperature was put forward.
