摘要
探讨生产中不同粗纱喂入方式对赛络纺涤纶纱质量的影响。针对赛络纺T 14tex纱生产中经常出现的两个问题,通过控制牵伸区中粗纱喂入方式及粗纱须条状态分别进行纺纱试验,并对主要成纱指标进行了测试对比。认为:采取单喇叭口平行喂入的方式所生产的细纱质量较好,且可有效防止产生单股纱;通过技术创新,开发了一种赛络纺旋转分离式压力棒隔距块,可有效解决两根须条牵伸过程中重叠的问题。
Influences of different roving feed methods in production on siro polyester yarn quality were discussed. Aiming at the two problems appearing frequently in production of siro spinning T 14 rex yarn, spinning experiments were done by controlling feed method and roving strand. The main yarn quality indexes was tested and compared. It is considered that yarn quality is better by adopting single pipe socket parallel feed method. Sin gle yarn can be prevented effectively. A siro spinning revolving separating pressure bar spacer has been developed through technology innovation. The overlapping problem of two fibers strand in drafting can be solved.
