SCP2系列气缸加压摇架的特点及应用

摘要 探讨SCP2系列气缸加压摇架的原理、特点及纺纱应用效果。介绍了SCP2系列气缸加压摇架在加压方式、三路供气、全面半释压、胶辊握持、智能加压等方面的优势。指出:SCP2系列气缸加压摇架的加压力与气体压力及活塞面积相关,与摇架的高度无关;对胶辊直径有着自动适应的能力,实现了分区集体无级调压,压力参数配置灵活程度高,且装卸胶辊组件非常便捷。实践证明:该摇架加压一致性好,各区压力差异基本在10N以内;加压稳定性好,各区加压力的变化不超过5N;成纱质量指标有所改善。认为:SCP2系列气缸加压摇架给纺纱工艺的优化和技术研究带来了便捷。 Principle,characteristic and spinning application effect of SCP2 series pneumatic cylinder pressurizing cradle were discussed. The advantages of pressure mode,three-way air supply,all-sided half pressure relieve, rubber-covered roll gripping and intelligent pressure of SCP2 series pneumatic cylinder pressurizing cradle were introduced. It is pointed out that pressure of SCP2 series pneumatic cylinder pressurizing cradle is related to air pressure and piston area,it has nothing to do with height of cradle. SCP2 series pneumatic cylinder pressurizing cradle can adapt the different diameters of rubber-covered roll automatically,stepless pressure adjusting together in separate zone is realized and pressure parameters configuration is more flexible. It is convenient to load and un load rubber-covered roll component. Practice shows that pressure consistency of the cradle is better and the difference of every zones pressure is within 10 N. The stability of pressure is better and the change of every zones pres sure is kept below 5 N. The yarn quality indexes have improved. It is considered that SCP2 series pneumatic cylinder pressurizing cradle is convenient to spinning technology optimization and technology research.
