Control and analysis for critical techniques of proficiency testing in the determination of heavy metal in aquatic products

水产品中重金属能力验证是衡量水产品检测实验室检测水平的方法之一。文章从样品消解、仪器性能、标准曲线以及质量控制等方面进行分析,总结了对水产品中重金属铅、镉、总汞、总砷检测能力验证的关键技术的要点控制,以确保获得相对准确的能力验证结果。检测能力验证对实验室检测资质的评价,实验室水产品检测水平的提高具有重要意义。

The proficiency testing of determination of heavy metal in aquatic products is one of the important methodsfor evaluating the determination ability for aquatic products testing laboratory. By analyzing sample digestion, instru- ment performance, standard curve and quality control, the paper summarized the control mainpoints on key technology of proficiency testing for heavy metals （ lead, cadmium, total arsenic and total mercury） in aquatic products in order to ensure relative accurate results for proficiency testing. Proficiency testing is an effective method for assessing labora- tory qualification, and it is of great significance for improving the determination ability of aquatic products testing labo- ratory.
