我国渔船配备应急无线电示位标存在问题及建议

Problems and suggestions on the radio emergency indication configured on fishing ships in China

通过分析目前我国渔船应急无线电示位标的种类,结合我国渔业船舶法定检验规则,梳理我国渔船无线电应急示位标的检测内容。通过实船调研,找出了目前我国渔船无线电应急示位标在配置、安装、主要零部件有效性、主机外壳信息标注、主机识别码等方面存在的问题,并针对以上问题提出解决方法。这对于改善我国渔船应急无线电示位标配备的状况,为渔民守住遇险时被救援的底线具有促进作用。

Abstract：By analyzing the types of emergency position indicator radio beacon （EPIRB） in China fishing ship, and combining with the existed inspection regulations of fishing ship, the paper was put the inspection items of EPIRB in order. Through field investigation, it was found out the EPIRB problems in fishing ship such as configuration, instal- lation, validity of main parts, and the host shell information tagging and identification code, etc. And the solutions were presented aiming at the above problems in the paper. It has an important significance for improving the emergen- cy position indicator radio beacon of fishing vessels, and holding the rescue bottom line for fishermen in distress.
