大学生手机依赖社会心理分析及防治对策

Social Mentality and Prevention Countermeasures on University Students' Dependence on Mobile Phones

通过对大学生使用手机时间、开支、用途、场合和原因的调查,分析大学生手机依赖的早中晚时间段主要表现和轻度、中度和重度的典型特征,以及手机依赖带来的身体、心理和社会危害。在探寻其内外因基础上,从大学生自身、学校、家庭和社会四方协作的视角提出了相关防治对策建议。

Base on the investigation on mobile phone using time, expenditure, usage, occasion and reasons of col- lege students, this article analyzes college students＂ mobile phone dependence manifestations during morning, afternoon and evening, the characteristics of mild, moderate and severe dependence, and the physical, psychological and social harm brought by mobile phone dependence. Based on the exploration of internal and external reasons, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from four party cooperation of college students, university, family and society.
