摘要
以现代职业教育理念为指导,采用双导向的校企合作RCCI建设思路,创立高校与行业企业联合教育培养人才新机制,设计实施三个基于建设方案,培养土建类专业执业工程师后备人才,实现高校人才供给与企业人才需求有机衔接。
Guided by modem vocational education theory, adopting the double oriented RCCI construction ideas through college-enterprise cooperation, this paper explores to establish a new talent cultivation mechanism through college-enterprise cooperation, and design and implement three construction schemes, in order to cultivat backup tal- ents for professional engineers with license specialized in civil engineering and architecture, and realize organic cohe- sion of talent supply of universities and talent demand of enterprises.
