《水下目标探测与识别技术》课程特点与教学能力探讨

摘要 《水下目标探测与识别技术》系本校船舶与海洋工程本科选修课程。该课程要求学生具备一些潜水器方面的知识储备,并与提升学生的创新能力密切相关。因此,如何提高教师教学能力和课堂教学质量是需要研究的课题。文章首先介绍了《水下目标探测与识别技术》课程特点,然后分别针对高校教师如何具备扎实的教学与科研结合能力、良好的语言表达及应变能力、课堂教学与组织管理能力、多媒体与板书相结合的能力、积极探索新型教学方式的能力以及兼容并包的综合能力进行了探讨,并针对每种教学能力要求给出建议。 The underwater target detection and recognition technology is a elective course for the undergraduate students of our university majored in naval architecture and ocean' engineering. This course requires students to have some knowledge of the submersible, and is closely related to students" innovation ability improvement. So how to im- prove the teaching ability of university teachers and the teaching quality of the course is a subject to be studied. This paper, firstly, introduces features of this course, and then discusses how can university teachers have solid teaching and research ability, good expression ability, rapid reaction ability, classroom teaching, organization and man- agement ability, combined ability of multimedia and blackboard, the ability of actively exploring new teaching ways, and the comprehensive ability to absorb everything. This paper also puts forward some suggestions for each teaching ability mentioned.
