摘要
翻转课堂作为当今的教育热点,可以在大学英语课上创建多元真实的外语学习环境,使学生朝着主动学习、自主学习和个性化学习方向发展。本项研究以大学英语文化课为例,设计了基于微课的翻转课堂模式。通过调查问卷和期末成绩的对比分析,探讨了该模式的教学效果和学生的接受度。研究表明:这一模式在大学英语文化课堂中对提高学生学习兴趣,强化自主学习,培养文化意识,以及语言交流方面有肯定的意义。
This study focused on the effects of flipped classroom strategy in the instruction of English Culture for non-English majors. Based on a self-made mini-lecture "Olympian Gods and Goddesses", with the other e-resources on the internet, a flipped model of four steps is employed in designing before, during and after class activities and assessments. From the data collected in the questionnaire and statistical analysis of two final examinations, positive results are found in improving students" interest in the course, understanding of concepts, participation in class and communication with other students and teachers.
