摘要
文章通过对马斯洛需求层次理论分析了高校家庭困难学生,探讨高校家庭困难学生评定工作并提出了相应的策略。包括改善认定方式、建立科学合理的评定办法、精准分配资金名额、健全工作机制、保护学生尊严、引导学生积极受助等。同时也提出了一些有待探讨的问题。
Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, this paper analyses college students coming from poor families, explores the evaluation work of college students from difficult families, and puts forward corresponding strate- gies, including improving the evaluation method, developing scientific and reasonable assessing method, allocating the fund accurately, perfecting the working mechanism, protecting the students'dignity, and guiding Students to receive help , and so on.At the same time, it also puts forward some questions to be discussed.
