摘要 海绵胶煤炱菌是一种野生食用蕈菌,其菌丝体在PDA培养基上易长出孢子。该孢子萌发受温度的影响显著,最适萌发温度21℃,孢子总萌发率达到49.33%,该孢子萌发受p H的影响不显著,最适萌发酸度p H7.0,达到37.79%;碳源和氮源对孢子的萌发差异显著,最适萌发碳源为可溶性淀粉,孢子的总萌发率达到75%,最适萌发率氮源为氯化铵,孢子的总萌发率达到51.48%。当孢子萌发后,菌丝体生长阶段,温度、碳源以及氮源对菌丝体生长差异显著,最适生长温度27℃,最适生长碳源为麦芽糖;最适生长氮源为蛋白胨。p H在5.0~8.0之间,对于菌丝体生长差异不显著,最适生长酸度p H7.0。 Scorias spongiosa is a wild mushroom with a mycelium that can easily grow spores in PDA medium. Its spore germination is prominently affected by the temperature. The best germination temperature is 21 ℃ under which the total germination rate will reach 49. 33 %. It is less affected by p H. The best germination p H is 7. 0 under which the total germination rate will reach 37. 79%. Carbon and nitrogen nutrition have a significant influence on the spore germination,too. The best carbon nutrition is soluble starch which can enable the total germination rate reaching 75%,and the best nitrogen nutrition is NH4 CL which can make the total germination rate reaching 51. 48%. After the spore germination,the growth of mycelia is greatly affected by temperature,carbon and nitrogen nutrition. The best temperature is 27 ℃ with maltose as the best carbon nutrition and peptone as the best nitrogen nutrition. The growth of mycelia is little affected when p H is between 5. 0 and 8. 0 and the best growth p H is 7. 0.
