摘要
通过设计并搭建直接蒸发式新风机组性能测试实验平台,测试并分析压缩机运行频率对直接蒸发式新风机组的制冷量、除湿量、压缩机输入功率、能效比EER以及蒸发器侧和冷凝器侧空气压降、制冷剂侧压降的影响。结果表明,在名义制冷工况下,压缩机频率为40Hz、蒸发器迎面风速为1.87m/s时机组性能最佳,最佳EER为2.89;在除湿工况下,压缩机频率为40Hz,蒸发器迎面风速为2.07m/s时机组性能最佳,最佳EER为3.11。
Designs and establishes a new test rig of direct evaporative outdoor air handling units independently, tests and analyses the influence of compressor operating frequency on cooling capacity, dehumidification, capacity, input power of the compressor, energy efficiency ratio (EER), as well as air pressure drop of evaporator, condenser and refrigerant side of the direct evaporative outdoor air handling units. The results show that the performance of the outdoor air handling units is the best when the frequency of the compressor is 40 Hz and the air face velocity of the evaporator is 1.87 m/s under nominal condition, and the optimal EER is 2.89; While under dehumidifying condition, the optimal EER is 3.11 when the frequency of the compressor is 40 Hz and the air face velocity of the evaporator is 2.07 m/s, reaching to the best performance.
