等温容器法测定真空发生器特性的研究

摘要 目前真空发生器特性曲线的测量方法是调节不同压力和流量,获得多点数据,得到特性曲线,这种方法费时多、耗气量大。为此,提出了利用等温容器测量真空发生器主要特性的新方法,首先分析了测试原理,给出了测试系统构成,然后对多种真空发生器运用新方法进行了实测比较。实验结果表明:新方法所需要的人力、时间及能耗显著减少;相对于常规法,等温法节气为13%~81%,节省时间为17%~76%。 In view of various factors caused by the conventional test method for the main characteristics of vacuum generator, such as manpower, long time cost and big energy consumption, a new flow-rate characteristics detection method based on isothermal chambers was put forward. According to the analysis of the testing principle, a new pilot system was made. Through the trial by using the new test method, practical tests were compared on several vacuum generators. Experimental results show that it has the advantages of less manpower, shorter time and significantly reduce for energy consumption. Compared to conventional method, the isothermal method reduces the air supply by 13%-81% and time cost by 17%-76%.
